Please note that one free ticket is available for each OSE who signs up to attend. Additional tickets for family are available to purchase for £5.00 per person until Friday 7th November! Tickets will also be available to purchase at the event (subject to availability) for £10.00 per person.

We are not operating a parking permit model this year therefore if the car parks become full, you will be directed to park in the car park of the Grayshott Surgery on Boundary Road and access the event via the Pedestrian gate. Car parks open at 4.20pm, with food and soft/hot drinks available from this time. The event will start promptly at 4.30pm. Vehicle access gates will be locked at 5.55pm and reopened at 6.30pm.
